Innovative Wings to fly High

As our knowledge and expertise increase, our creativity and ability to innovate tend to decline. Many adults have forgotten how to use their imagination to think and solve problems out of the box. To solve any problem in today’s fast-changing global marketplace, organizations need people who aren't "boxed-in" by traditional modes of thinking and who can approach situations with innovative solutions. Today’s organizations are seeking to break out of the so-called bureaucracy box, develop effective communications, enlighten their leadership, and rebuild loyalty. Innovative Minds Don’t Think Alike. The word Innovative means introducing new ideas; original and creative in thinking: "an innovative thinker". Creativity and innovation are significant keys to success in today’s swiftly changing world. Satisfying customers, process improvement, problem-solving, retaining and motivating employees, recruiting, decision making, dealing with limited resources, and rapidly changing technology are all examples of business realities that require creative solutions. Yet, innovative thinkers are often tough to find today.

We possess the capacity of doing all things whatever we wish. We can be creative if we let go of old ways of thinking. Talent and Skills both are necessary to be employees of 21 century where employees have multiple roles to play. Creative Thinking is a skill that can be learnt. It empowers employees by adding strength to their natural abilities which improves leadership, teamwork, result-oriented task, qualified productivity, and creating genuine values for them and for others. Creativity is the ability to look at the same things everyone else does, but see things differently and find hidden connections to create something new. That something may be as grand as a tremendously successful advertising campaign. It makes your own signature. Creative people maintain an open and imaginative mind. Seeing all possibilities and how to achieve them mark the power of imagination. Imagination turns possibilities into realities. The power to be creative is yours.
