પોર્ટેબલ પંપ (Portable Pump)

હેતુ: પોર્ટેબલ પંપ દ્વારા હવા ભરવી

Objective: To fill the air using portable pump

સિધ્ધાંત:  હવા ના દબાણ પર કાર્ય કરવું

Principal:  It works on the presser of air

સાધનો: નકામા ફ્રીજ નું કમ્પ્રેસર, ત્રણ પાઈપ, રબર ની નળી, પ્લગ, વાયર, સ્વીચ બોર્ડ

Materials: Compressor of Useless Refrigerator, 3 Pipes, Rubber Pipes, Wire, Switch Board

કાર્ય પદ્ધતિ:

·         સૌ પ્રથમ નકામા ફ્રીજ માંથી કમ્પ્રેસર લો

Take air compressor from useless refrigerator

·         કમ્પ્રેસર ની રચના માં ત્રણ વાલ્વ વાળા હોલ આવેલા હોય છે

There are three valves in formation of refrigerator

·         જમણી બાજુ ઉપર ના ભાગ માં એક પાઈપ

Connect one pipe on the upper right side of compressor

·         ડાબી બાજુ ઉપર ના ભાગ માં એક પાઈપ

Connect one pipe on the upper left side of compressor

·         ડાબી બાજુ એક પાઈપ ફીટ કરી તે પાઈપ બંધકરી દો

Now fix the left hand side pipe and close it

·         ત્યાર બાદ પ્લગ વાળો વાયર ફીટ કરી તેના સ્વીચ બોર્ડ માં વાયર ફીટ કરી સ્વીચ ચાલુ કરો

      Then plug wire be fitted with a switch to turn on the switch board to be fitted in the wire

·         કમ્પ્રેસર નો જમણી બાજુ નો પાઈપ ડીસ્ચાર્જ થશે અને ડાબી બાજુ નો પાઈપ સક્સન કરસે

The right pipe of compressor will be discharged and left pipe will be used for suction

·         ડીસ્ચાર્જ વાળા પાઈપ માં નળી ફીટ કરી, બીજો છેડો વાહનો ના ટ્યુબ માં ફીટ કરો, હવા ભરવા લાગશે

Fit rubber pipe into the discharge pipe and fit another end into the tube of vehicle as a result air will be filled in the tube

ફાયદાઓ:

·         પંપ પોર્ટેબલ હોવાને કારણે સરળતા થી હેરફેર કરી શકાય છે

It is portable pump so it is easily movable

·         વોલ્ટેજ ખર્ચ ઓછો થાય છે

Voltage will be less consumed

·         ગાડી માં બેટરી દ્વારા પણ પાવર સપ્લાય કરી શકાય છે

Power can be supplied by battery into vehicles

·         નવા કમ્પ્રેસર ખરીદવાની જરૂર નથી નકામા ફ્રીજ માં થી કમ્પ્રેસર નો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય

No need to purchase a new compressor

·         સામાન્ય વ્યક્તિ પણ પરવડી શકે છે

A common man can also afford the system

ગેરફાયદા:

·         વિદ્યુત પ્રવાહ દ્વારા ચાલે છે

Power supply is necessary

અન્ય:

·         દબાણ નો એકમ બાર છે

Compress on Unit = Bar

·         હવા ના દબાણ નો એકમ પાસ્કલ છે.         

Unit of Air Compression is = Pascal (Unit)     

  

I take an old refrigerator that was no longer cooling but the compressor still ran and make up a high pressure air system suitable for bottle popping or charging air cannons to good pressure.
