Coaching Classes Owners’ Association will be the leading professional body of owner educators of Rajkot City (GUJARAT).

We MUST have association as it prevails in all the fields and hence unite to extend mutual co-operation among all educators.

The chief objective of this association is to connect the owners, raising awareness and standard of coaching practice.

We would like to develop community bringing coaching to the Saurashtra region and establish a state level ethical standard in coaching profession.

Let’s have a MEET to discuss our current and future problems and to find out the best solution. Moreover we can work together in the development of coaching practice and get internal advantages.

Minutes of Meeting 1

Coaching Classes Owners’ Association RAJKOT’s meeting was held on 7 May 2017 at Chhag Group Tuition 15-A Sardar Nagar Mahasatij Chowk Dr. Yagnik Road Rajkot from 11 AM to 01 PM.

There were 29 Coaching Classes Owners in a meet and had enrolled their institute names with association. 

This meet was initiated by Mr. Prakash Karamchandani, Professional Education Services and added that we MUST have association hence we can have mutual co-operation among all educators. The chief objective of association was expressed and educators agreed to develop our association and to establish a state level ethical standard in coaching profession. Henceforth it connects all educators, raises awareness and standard of coaching practice.
 

Association must be registered by law as earliest said by the members of CCOA Rajkot. Members were agreed to be a part of this association by filling up the registration form along with Rs. 1000 fees.

Following Future Action will be taken by Coaching Classes Owners’ Association RAJKOT:

Preparing and publishing Contact Book Directory for all members of CCOA Rajkot for purpose of getting our clients.

CCOA Rajkot will have Helpline Number thus parents and students will get optimum information of coaching classes in one click.

CCOA Rajkot will be helpful to parents and students for getting right guidance about school and other educational institutions.

Second Meet

Two Short-Term Goals are set i.e. Education Fair and Free Paper Set for Higher Education by CCOA RAJKOT Members in Second Meet.

Minutes of Meeting 2

Coaching Classes Owners’ Association RAJKOT’s Second Meet was held on 2 September 2017 at Comfort Inn Legacy Rajkot from 7 PM to 11 PM. The 45 Coaching Classes Owners were present and participated actively in the second meet.

Mr Kharanshu Karia hosted the complete program. All members had introduced precisely about the work and institute. Mr Prakash Karamchandani, Professional Education Services shared the objectives of making an association and throw light on future perspectives of CCOA. Mr Dharmesh Chhag discussed the significance of association and uniting all educators to build an intellectual galaxy. Mr Yogesh Ramani communicated how well we can connect to the global world through social media and blog.

Mr Fenil Pala had initiated an idea of an educational fair where we can meet and demonstrate our specialization skills to our beloved students and parents. This is the only platform where we meet, share and grow our occupation.

Mr Hardik Chandarana communal an innovative idea of designing the paper set of SSC and HSC and provide the students freely. The objective is to reach maximum students by providing the qualitative paper set. Additionally, he added that advertisement of various institutes can be given to meet the expenditure of printing paper set. 

Mr. Prakash Karamchandani has declared next meet on 5 November 2017 and added that all registered members will get membership certificate of CCOA. At the end, we had a wonderful time with delicious dinner.
