We provide special training on Meditation, Power
Yoga, Aerobics and Martial Art to the modern generation.
Meditation is
a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to
realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without
becoming identified with that content or
as an end in it. Meditation is practiced in many different forms and for many different

Power Yoga Classes referred to in this proposal are in a gentle style.

fostering community. It has benefits physically definitely but this is not the
goal. The goal is to enhance ones positive feelings and experience of life.

Aerobics
Gymnastics is
a form of physical
exercise that
combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines
with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. It is usually performed to
music with the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness,
practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like
exercises. Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of
intensity and complexity. Aerobics classes may allow participants to select
