Tushar Sumera

Contribution of Teachers towards Country

Contribution of Teachers towards Country

Dear Indians!

As a responsible citizen, teacher and constant learner, I know the importance of teachers in a nation as we build ideas, concept and creativity in learner’s mind. We always have variety of learners and we give them education as per their abilities and goals. We give them idea about nation, responsibility, honesty etc. Thus our nurture, support, hard work and contribution towards our nation become more fruitful and dynamic. There are some areas in India where children are being denied to go to school and they don't even get good food, water, medical care, etc. Children are living without knowing where or in which country is he or she is living. If learners get education somehow, they don't get proper training or job for their better future. We explain them for their benefits but it happens that they don't understand our point of view. Those children are lucky that they are able to go to school because of their good social, financial status in society which is maintained by their respective parents.

Dear Teachers, we ask you to become the collective voice of those children across the world who really need us and want to change the society for the development of nation. Let's give them opportunity to make life more pleasant, inspiring, respectful and better. We have responsibility to develop the seed of skills, bravery and caliber which is already there in leaner. It's time to guide people with our experience, values, knowledge and wisdom. Let's give our contribution by giving better education to make India more beautiful, literate, vibrant and great.

When we talk about Indian Education System, we imagine a portrait of teacher teaching in the class and students are the best actors as they pretend that they are able to understand everything. Teacher leaves the class after delivering the lecture. Yes, most importantly, we have habit of ready-made materials. Students can’t think out of the box. They are failed in creative thinking. Students don’t know computer work, how to make notes, how to talk to someone, how to be responsible for own act. The goal of education system is to just study, graduate, marriage and survival in life. Wow! We got Ph.D. in Defense Mechanism. People think we educate our children in expensive school; they don’t even try to think the ability, potential and caliber of their children! Yes, Teachers and those who want to become a part of education field, those who always want to give the best platform to children in education; we have miles to go before we sleep!
